A referral submission does not mean that your referral has completed the application process and it does not mean that your referral qualifies you for a referral bonus. Referral submissions will be reviewed against all bonus eligibility criteria only after a candidate has been hired and has completed 30 days of employment at IBM.

In the black banner on each record, you will see a status that reflects the furthest your referral submission has gone in the process to date. Click here for more information on what each status means.

Under each black banner, you will see the title of the most recent job your referral has applied for (or is being considered for) as well as the total number of previous applications to other jobs.
